European OEMs and other manufacturers are constantly looking for opportunities to save costs by purchasing their BOM materials from a low-cost country or by forming strategic partnerships with companies in such a region.

With its well-trained engineering resource base and an abundancy of local manufacturers Hungary will still remain a viable option for high-quality and affordable supplies and services in the next decade.

However, conducting business in Hungary can still be challenging due to language issues and the fact that suppliers may not be ready for the demands that are taken for granted by the international Customers. They are usually not represented outside Hungary and produce only for the local customer base who are satisfied with their performance. Their knowledge and standard of machinery many times are better than one would find elsewhere in Europe.

ISCO Hungary was established with a double purpose. On the one hand we support foreign Clients (Customers and Suppliers) in their efforts of finding local partners and help them realize savings to keep their manufacturing in Europe.

On the other, we offer services for local companies that will allow them to accelerate their learning curve and become world class manufacturers to ensure a long-term future for their operation in Hungary.
